SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) is added to a bath of sugar, black tea and water and fermented for 10 to 15 days. Result is yummy fizzy probiotic drink that will heal you gut as you drink it. Scoby will stay alive as long as you feed it and will have babies, which you can share with you friends or feed it to your plants.
